A ZR-1 in stock form is a formidable vehicle on the road. But newer cars are pushing the envelope even further. The ZR-1 turns into a street terror with a few modifications. We will help you get the most out of your car and keep the factory  reliability. Nobody wants a vehicle that needs repeated repairs!

Package 1. Top end work only. We will port the injector housings and plenum and smooth out the airflow on the air horn to provide a easy bolt on modification. This work is not visible from the outside of the car  and will provide a 20-25 RWHP upgrade on a 90-92 LT5. This package can be installed by the owner. If done at the shop inspection will be performed on the under plenum area and the owner will be advised on any possible issues.

Package 2. Contains top end porting and also headers with Random Tech Cats with a upgraded tune. This package will provide a 50 RWHP gain over a stock vehicle. Package is only done in house.

Package 3. Contains packages 1&2 plus adds in ported heads, 63mm throttle body. Power level will range from 410-420 RWHP. Inspection of the motor will be performed while the engine is removed. Cams will timed to provide optimum horsepower and torque numbers.  Engine will be refinished in customers choice. Package is only done in house.
